I've been meaning to come here for some time now, but it just wasn't lining up. I finally made it in and was greeted by Mama herself! She has such a pleasant energy and she is so beautiful. She answered all our questions and even helped me decide on some things. I had the steak n cheese pierogies, and my husband had the LA smash burger. Oh my gawd!!!!! I had to push back from the table before I made myself sick! The food was amazingly satisfying! I enjoyed every bite! They probably was wondering why I wasn't eating but the food was so darn good I had to slow myself down several rounds of applause to this restaurant the souls of the ancestors definitely touched this one 100% recommend this place. YOU MUST GO if you visit the city. You will not be disappointed. Oh yeah, THE BACON! You gotta try the candied bacon

Oh my god. Absolute GEM of a restaurant and this is 10/5 level food taste. I was blown away at the food the second it hit my taste buds. I ordered the Double Peanut Butter Bacon Cheeseburger with Garlic Parm Fries. HOLY SH*T it was the BEST. Burger I have ever tasted in my entire life. The beef was so well seasoned it might have well have been steak. The candied bacon was amazing and the cheese was melted to perfection. I'd never had peanut butter on a burger but it was perfect. The garlic Parm Fries were decadent and a great side. We also ordered the Chicken Ceaser Pasta Salad and it was amazing. Shout out to the employee who recommended adding tomato, because it elevated it even more.The vibes are immaculate and I loved the music choice with the R&B, reminded me of my upbringing as a New Yorker.Reasonably priced and made fresh to order, I'll be coming here much more often and bringing visiting friends and family here for the rest of my time living here!!Thank you Chef Von & Mom staff for an amazing experience and I cannot wait to be back!!

Quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever had. Idk what it is about it- just so sooo good. The parm fries were perfect. If you’ve never been here- RUN - don’t walk- to Chef Von & Mom’s.

Came here because we saw Chef Von on Next Level Chef, and the food did NOT disappoint! The Chicken & Waffles were perfect, the waffles were perfectly cooked and the chicken was seasoned well. My friend claimed that the Rodeo burger was the best burger she’d ever had in her life! Although it is a bit pricey and there is a wait, it’s definitely worth it for the sheer quality of the food.

I can’t even begin to state how incredibly juicy and tasty this burger was that I had here. Even the fries were flawlessly crispy yet not overcooked. The peanut butter cheeseburger was something out of this world. The secret peanut sauce and the glaze on the Canadian bacon was mind-boggling good. I came to Scranton, Pennsylvania for the first time and didn’t really have time to see much except for dinner. This place was picked completely randomly using Google maps. It turned out to be one of the best visits I’ve ever had to any city simply thanks to the incredible culinary experience that I had with the food served here. I’m really blown away by the amount of care given by the chef to the creation of each meal and this establishment. A lot of care and effort goes into producing an extremely high-quality meal that probably should be priced exponentially higher than what I even paid for it. The only thing I regret is the fact that I live two hours away from this place. I can’t frequent it as often as I would really like to.

Love love love! Smash burgers are huge and packed with flavor. Fries seasoned perfectly. Pulled pork out of this world. Highly recommend

You have got to come check it out! Great dining area if you want to eat in. Or, you can always order ahead to pickup and go or order out. The atmosphere was the best blend between fancy and comfortable. Staff, and surprisingly guests as well, were super friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in town, you gotta try this!

Tried for the first time. I ordered the Big Rhys chicken wings. They were very busy so my food took a little longer than anticipated. The lady running the restaurant noticed it took too long and gave me a free egg roll and my money back for the food and brought my food out. The food was excellent. The service was "A" class! And a very nice looking place with a very appealing menu.
